Staff on Ceremony Day
- Set up and breakdown of chairs/tables for ceremony, cocktail party, pavilion reception and dinner seating.
- Clean-up of all rehearsal, cocktail, dinner and reception parties.
- Greet guests on arrival, shuttle with golf carts and van to ceremony, shuttle guests to and from bathrooms and lodging.
- Attendant for bride (hidden) to gazebo with drinks before ceremony.
